Our Day out in Cookstown

Last week we visited Cairdeas Eoghain in Cookstown to work alongside their young people as part of their summer scheme.

Whilst here we conducted workshops on wellbeing, breathing techniques and the beauty within.

It was a really enjoyable and informative day out enjoyed by all. We thank everyone involved for inviting ALPS to attend and we look forward to returning again in the not too distant future.
